OUR COSTS AND FEES

Our fees for DWI's and traffic tickets are simply the best value in the New Orleans area.  While some cut-rate firms can sometimes offer lower rates, their experience and proficiency simply never match up to Mr. Guichard’s high standards.  André  Guichard always offers you superior experience at an exceptional value.  And, our promise has always been (and will always be) that when you hire André Guichard, you get André  Guichard, not some green lawyer two months out of law school or some disorganized incompetent who doesn’t know his way around the traffic court.  Additionally, we handle all of our DWI and traffic cases on a flat fee schedule, which means the price we quote you is the price you pay--regardless of the number of continuances, amount of additional work required, etc.  We will never ask you to pay additional attorney's fees once we accept your case!

All rates include representation from arraignment through trial, including any and all continuances of the trial, which are common.  Also included in the fees for DWI is representation of you at the Administrative Hearing to determine whether your license will be suspended.  This additional representation is offered to you at no additional cost in all DWI cases.

These rates include fees for most DWI cases and most traffic offenses.  Additional counts (reckless driving, accidents, etc.) may result in additional fees for those counts.  Nevertheless, all attorney's fees will be quoted and guaranteed up front on a flat fee schedule before any work is done.  Additional charges for appeals are charged only if you want to appeal your case.

DWI FIRST (1ST) OFFENSE ATTORNEY'S FEES: MOST CASES CHARGED FLAT FEE OF $1,250.

DWI SECOND OFFENSE ATTORNEY'S FEES:  MOST CASES CHARGED FLAT FEE OF $2,000.

DWI THIRD OFFENSE ATTORNEY'S FEES:  CALL OR EMAIL FOR A FREE CASE ASSESSMENT BY MR. GUICHARD.

ATTORNEY'S FEES: $0.00 (INCLUDED IN FLAT FEE FOR DWI)

COURT FEES:  POLICE OFFICERS AND STATE TROOPERS SUBPOENAED TO TESTIFY REQUIRE A FEE OF $40.00 FOR EACH OFFICER SUBPOENAED TO TESTIFY.  CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THESE FEES, WHICH ARE REIMBURSED BY THE COURT IF THE OFFICER DOES NOT APPEAR TO TESTIFY AT THE HEARING.

FEES FOR REPRESENTATION IN TRAFFIC TICKET CASES VARY.  CALL OR EMAIL US FOR A FREE CONSULTATION AND EVALUATION.  

ALL TRAFFIC TICKET CASES ARE HANDLED ON A FLAT RATE FEE BASIS, SO YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOUR FEE WILL BE BEFORE WE BEGIN.

SPEEDING, NO LEFT TURN, RED LIGHT/STOP SIGN VIOLATIONS, ETC.: MOST CASES CHARGED FLAT FEE OF $225.
