Before you email, we ask that you please read the following:

2.      When you send your email, please be sure to give any facts you feel would be necessary for us to know in order to help you evaluate your situation, including the following information

         A.  Your name and telephone numbers (home, work, and cell), along with a good time to call

         B.  The offense(s) with which you were charged and the ticket number, if you know it

         C.  The parish and court where you were charged and the charging police department

         D.  The date and time of your arraignment or court date

         E.  Any prior offenses you may have been charged with, and

         F.   any other information you think we may need to evaluate your case

 

3.      After you have sent your email, please allow 2 business days for a response. We answer every email promptly (usually within one day, if not immediately), but things can get hectic sometimes and we do have an office to run. So, please be patient with us if we do not get back to you immediately.  We will respond as soon as we receive the email..
