ANDRE' GUICHARD'S "DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT" HOT SHEET
(YOU MIGHT WANT TO READ THIS BEFORE YOU GET INTO AN ACCIDENT)

Mr. Guichard has been representing automobile accident victims since 1979. After many years of experience, he and the New Orleans Traffic Ticket Practice recommend you do the following things right after a car wreck, all in your own best interest:

1. Before going anywhere, buckle your safety belt so you won't leave the vehicle on impact.

2. Don't drive impaired because you might cause the accident.

3. Be alert and not reading or putting on makeup or using your cell phone, etc..

4. After impact, check for injuries to yourself, then others, even in other cars, and call 911, and find help immediately, if necessary.

5. Call the police, speak with them instead of arguing with others and get an "item number" for a report with other cars' VIN and license numbers - above all else, keep your head.

6. Don't admit liability or expect others to but do exchange names and insurance info.

7. Take pictures of the damage to both cars and the scene, if you're equipped.

8. Call your insurer, get a claim number and arrange for repairs or a loaner.

9. Within a week, see your doctor and tell him all about the accident and your pain because your doctor's notes will support his opinion of how badly you've been injured and his notes come from YOU.

10. Last, but not least, see your lawyer and get some advice.  Call Andre Guichard at (504) 366-6180, or log on to www.NOTrafficTickets.com
