Our Promise to You

A Letter From Attorney Andre' P. Guichard

Dear NOTrafficTickets.com Visitor:

We value your business and we promise to handle your traffic case quickly, efficiently, and with the zeal and effort you deserve! We promise to always keep you informed and to give you our best and fairest assessment of your case, allowing you to make fully informed decisions.

Tell us about your traffic ticket problem and we'll reply by telling you in plain, simple terms what can be done for you. There's no hype; no outrageous promises that we can't keep; and absolutely no empty promises about "back room payoffs" or "who we can talk to about it". We represent your interests in court; we will return your phone calls, mail, and e-mail messages; and we will work hard to ensure that you do not get the "run-around" in court. We promise to help you and to protect your interests and your money.

Part of our job is to keep you informed about your case. Part of our job is to let you know when you need to be in court with us and, just as importantly, when you won't need to appear--saving you time and expense. We also have a responsibility to tell you the good and the bad news about your case, as well as when we think it would be in your best interest as a driver and a purchaser of car insurance to enter a guilty plea or pay a fine. The answers we give you may not be to your liking every time, but it will always be our most sincere estimation of your immediate legal situation.

Let's face it: getting a traffic ticket is one of life's pains and having to deal with it is one of life's problems. But that's no excuse for not knowing your rights. Our promise of fair representation keeps you in control and let's you decide what's in your best interest. After all, it's your situation, your ticket, your insurance premium and your life! So, expect us to tell you about your options and what we think you should or should not do. Expect us to help and to keep you in control. We're here to help because you may need legal assistance that you might not even know about. We are here to give you our years of legal experience so that you can get the best outcome possible in your case.

There are many self-help books about how to write your will and so forth, but the traffic ticket experience almost always ends up in court. Since you will almost assuredly end up in court, it pays to have an experienced, zealous attorney to represent you and to protect your rights.

Sometimes, the local traffic courthouses can be like the circus: wander around the place without the ringmaster and you could end up looking like a clown or, worse yet, you could be eaten up by someone who eyes you - and your money - as prey. We can and we will be as savvy and resourceful as possible for you. We will tell you what to expect, what your fees will be, and what will be done for you both in and out of court.

Now, please tell us about your problem by telling us what you were charged with (for example, speeding, DWI, disregarding a stop sign, etc.); what parish you were stopped in; and when your "court date" is.

If your were charged with speeding, we want to know what the posted speed limit was; how fast the police said you were going; and how fast you think you were going.

We will also need to know if you have a prior traffic record; the parish where that record was made; whether your ticket was in connection with a traffic accident of some kind; and some details about the incident in which you were ticketed.

If you are charged with a DWI, please tell us whether you breathed into the intoxilyzer; what the police said your blood alcohol level was; whether or not this is your first, second, or third DWI charge; and the outcomes of any previous DWI charges.

We need to know the landscape before we take off to do battle for you. Maybe you are facing something very serious, like a third offense DWI. Maybe there was a death or serious injury involved with your ticket, and you need some serious advice about your insurance coverage and the implication of a guilty plea or a trial. Maybe you were uninsured or underinsured and are contemplating a bankruptcy (FYI, we accept those cases as well).

We want to know all of this information, as well as anything you think is important in your case. After that, we will probably have questions for you.

You will be represented by an attorney whose first thought is that your case is important to you and there is some way to make this less painful and less expensive. After fairly evaluating your case for you and consulting with you about your options, we promise to always recommend to you what we believe to be your best options.

Now, e-mail us and let's get to work on your case!

Inquire with confidence.  All information is kept strictly confidential.

Thanks for visiting and remember, drive safely!

Sincerely,

ANDRE' P. GUICHARD
